How long will it take to process my order ?

Because our items are manufactured based on actual orders, the lead time depend on the workshop waiting list. They generally last between 1 and 6 weeks.

You can track our progress in processing your order on your online account once you have logged in.

How can I track my order ?

A few minutes after placing your order, you will receive an email with a summary of the order along with a link providing access to your account; from there you will be able to track your order.

Once your order is ready and shipped, you will receive a new email with the tracking information.

Do we deliver overseas ?

We deliver worldwide via DHL.

Your item will be delivered to the address mentioned in the form that you filled out when placing the order, with delivery against signature.

How much will the delivery cost me ?

House of ROUMAGNOLE delivers any order to mainland France and, following specific conditions, worldwide.

The amount of additional shipping costs is shown to the customer directly on the “delivery” page.

The cost includes processing, packaging, shipping, delivering and tracking your order.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order.

How soon will my order ship, and when will it be delivered ?

Delivery times via DHL, depend on the destination ( between 2 to 6 days ). Tracking information will be provided to you by email as well.

What should I do if my parcel is damaged or if I did not receive my order ?

In this case, please contact our workshop via email by clicking ” Contact “. We will then get back to you as soon as possible.

Which payment methods are accepted ?

All payments must be made by Carte Bleue ( issued by French banks ), Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® or by bank transfer following a request to the Customer Service Team.

The card number, expiration date and card security code will be required. Depending on the card, 3D Secure may be used to authenticate and secure the transaction, and may therefore request entry of an additional security code in order to finalize the order.

Is my payment secured ?

All transactions on our website are secure. The presence of the padlock icon by the Web Page Address starting with « https » indicates that the environment is secure.

Furthermore, we have reinforced payment security on our website with the 3D Secure system for Visa®, MasterCard® or American Express®. The system is also known as «Verified by Visa®», «MasterCard® SecureCode» or «American Express SafeKey®». During payment, your bank will request some personal information in order to verify the identity of the cardholder and authorize the transaction. Once the 3D Security code is entered and authorized by the bank, your order will be finalized. You will then receive a confirmation email.

Each bank requires its own authentication. Questions relating to the 3D Security code should be directed to your bank.

Can I return my item ?

You have up to 7 days after receiving your order to return it if you are not satisfied with it.

However, please note that custom-made products cannot be returned, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Products can only be returned if in perfect condition, in the original packaging, complete ( box, accessories, protections, labels, tags, booklet, etc…), along with the fully completed withdrawal form and a copy of the invoice.

If returned incomplete, spoiled, damaged, deteriorated, soiled or in any other state which would reasonably suggest that it was used or worn, the item will not be refunded or exchanged, and will be returned to you. On this basis, an item will not be refunded or exchanged if the tag has been detached.

How should an item be returned ?

Simply follow the following 3 steps :

1. Log in to your account and fill out the withdrawal form online. Once completed, print it and enclose it with your package.

2. Repack the item in its original packing. ( Only items returned in their original state will be refunded or exchanged. )

3. Return the package via DHL, to the address indicated by Customer Service.

How much will it cost me to return an item ?

If the reason for the return is due to a mistake on our part, the return shipping cost will be fully refunded upon appropriate justification. However, if the reason for the return is that you are not satisfied with the item, only the amount of the order will be refunded, and not the cost of return shipping.

How will I receive the refund ?

The refund will be made to the credit card that was used for the payment of the order. It will appear as «roumagnole.com» and should appear within 30 days of the date of the return.
